Summer BreakSpot provides nutritious meals at no cost to Florida children 18 and under while school is out for the summer.
Farm to School
Florida’s Farm to School initiative works to increase Florida commodities served in schools and engage students with nutrition and agriculture education.
FLorida Future Chef
Florida Future Chef is a statewide competition geared toward young chefs, ages 7 to 13, to showcase their talents using fresh, Florida commodities.

School Lunch Hero is all about honoring the school nutrition professionals working tirelessly behind the scenes to deliver delicious and nutritious school meals.
Eligible professionals include cafeteria staff and food service directors.

Five winners will be honored with incredible prizes, a surprise celebration and the title of 2026 Florida School Lunch Hero! Prizes include:
